Idle memory is now 10–15 MB at any core count: it was 37 MB on two cores and 160 MB on 32.

On hosts whose kernel sets transparent huge pages to always, the app's thread stacks and allocator regions were backed by whole 2 MB pages. The app now opts out, both for the process and in jemalloc. Throughput is unchanged; see bench/results/thp-20260928/report.md.

The image is for amd64 and arm64 (including the Raspberry Pi 5). See the README for performance numbers and every known difference from the Rails app.
