  and base-bash-libs 2.2.2 at immutable released commits.
• Updated the installer, compatibility BOM inputs, workspace/trust scenarios,
  capability matrix, and current-source documentation for the Base 1.10.0
  release contract.
• Accepted Base 1.10's needs_verification state for existing unverified
  workspaces in CI and the walkthrough, while preserving explicit readiness
  state validation.
