0.6.0 — the installable verifier

The verifier ships as an npm kit (@rjpalermo/agent-blueprint-protocol — publishing momentarily), typechecks clean for the first time, and gains a gated --artifact single-file mode. The corpus grows to 96 cases with the producer-signed and extension-bearing blueprints as byte-exact gallery examples. New: the TypeScript quickstart, the ARD mapping (sources pinned at exact commits), the EU AI Act evidence anchor, and the blueprint-card section. Attached: the standalone verification kit (verifier + corpus) — the exact bytes the release gates verified.
