Replicant 1.2.2

Fixes incremental backfills disappearing after a crash between logical-slot creation and the first committed chunk.

Replicant now persists or exposes an explicit backfill-pending state, safely recovers the live slot origin, and resumes the reader in both sink-owned and lib modes. Live PostgreSQL crash tests cover the exact pre-reader window.
