v0.2.0 — app icon + branding, camera companion settings, README banner

- Logo: aperture-ring mark (build-resources/icon.svg) rendered to
  icon.png / icon.ico / icon.icns; window icons on Linux; toolbar glyph
  updated to match.
- Settings → Camera tab: start/stop the eye-contact daemon, correction
  strength, input device, live preview toggle, live status. Daemon
  auto-starts with the app when enabled (Linux, v4l2loopback).
- README: banner, badges, real screenshot, camera companion section.
