Backwards incompatible changes

• 💥Query parameters are now on params arg in generated API clients instead of request (which is now just for bodies)
• 💥Generated enums are now Literal[...] | str instead of StrEnum classes to allow them to be open
• 💥Generated root models used as a field's whole type are inlined, so those fields hold the plain value rather than a wrapper read through .root
