Baseten Switch v0.5.0 beta

Adds configurable native fallback controls for eligible Baseten rate-limit and server errors, a selectable native fallback model for direct Baseten model choices, and CLI and macOS management for Claude Code model picker.

Routes recognized Claude Code Auto permission checks directly to Anthropic and reports them in request telemetry and the macOS Requests view.

Adds Switch version identification to Baseten-bound requests while leaving native-provider requests unchanged.
