Fixes massive time overestimation on high-density segment jobs (e.g. PCB isolation routing).
• Directional Axis Acceleration Limits: Added multi-axis unit vector difference scaling matching GRBL's limit_value_by_axis_maximum.
• 3D Helical Arc Integration: Motion segments now calculate true curved arc lengths for helical G2/G3 moves rather than chord approximations.
