Faster UI (for old Windows Phone)
- Added option to control UI quality (size)
- Now it has 30FPS limit works with some games
- I also disabled shadow & effects
- Set text resolution to less for faster UI
- Auto adjust touch controls on rotate

Known bug in 1.17.1
This was dropped for now as release until I can fix the annoying bug that make it to crash if sent to background, which make it useless.

Build 10586
Use PPSSPP_1.15.5.0_Legacy for older builds like 10586
but you will need root access to get files outside app data.
