Improve SSL warning [JIRA: CLIENTS-835] #458
Description
When you use a Python and an "old" version of OpenSSL this code will emit a warning:

- https://github.com/basho/riak-python-client/blob/master/riak/security.py#L60-L64
Since Python 2.6 isn't supported anymore, this could be simplified. It would also be nice to not emit this warning unless a TLS/SSL connection is attempted.
