Release notes and changelog for v1.0.0

The notes now say what the release actually is: the download is free and a
licence key is what makes the copy usable, updates are offered rather than
installed, backups live outside the installation, and the installer asks
before deleting anything. Carries the real SHA-256 of the published build.

The changelog entry gains the licence, the backups location and the
installer behaviour, and is dated to the day it shipped.
