Bugfix

TV not waking after resume (v2.3): the Wake-on-LAN magic packet was sent as unicast to the TV's IP, which requires an ARP reply that a sleeping TV doesn't always give — the packet was silently dropped. It is now sent as broadcast. The wake path also waits for the network to come back after resume before the first power-on attempt, instead of firing into a half-up network.

If your TV needed the power button after waking from suspend on v2.3, this release fixes it — verified on real hardware.
