DropNote is a simple and efficient macOS app for managing your notes directly from the menu bar.
This release focuses on rich text editing, performance, and a noticeably more polished UI/UX.

Installation

  1. Download the .zip file from the Releases section.
  2. Move DropNote.app into your Applications folder.
  3. Right-click → Open (on first launch to bypass Gatekeeper if unsigned).

Usage

  • Click the menu bar icon to open DropNote.
  • Create new notes using the “+” button.
  • Format text using the floating toolbar.
  • Pin or lock notes as needed.
  • Everything saves automatically in the background.
