Batoi UIF 2.5.0

This compatible v3 preparation release consolidates the public framework contract while preserving the dependency-free v2 surface.

  • Adds curated All, RAD, Dashboard, Mobile, Desktop, and Agent package profiles.
  • Adds typed metadata and generated references for every declarative component plus Agent/RAD envelopes.
  • Unifies root, target, refresh, and cleanup ownership across the all-in-one runtime.
  • Adds versioned compact, high-contrast, forced-colors, and reduced-motion token modes.
  • Adds deterministic CycloneDX SBOM, SLSA/in-toto-style provenance, and release reproducibility gates.

Validated with 389 unit tests, 48 cross-browser tests, lint, full builds, security policies, package-content verification, offline packed installation, API/contract compatibility, artifact integrity, and bundle/runtime budgets.
