Three English case studies for BSTVC Desktop

Complete English teaching datasets and maps, with links to the new online user guide. This is a data release. The current English desktop installer remains v2026.8.1; this release is not marked as the latest software version.

• Continuous: global HALE — 177 map units, 2000–2020, 3,717 panel rows. Original panel CSV and complete map.
• Binary: COVID-19 occurrence — 31 provincial units, 12 months in 2020, 372 panel rows after conversion. Original wide workbook, complete map, and added ready panel.
• Count: acute hepatitis B — 5 US states, 2012–2023, 60 panel rows after conversion. Original wide workbook, complete map, and added ready panel.

Choose an individual case ZIP or the all-cases ZIP. Every package has English folder names, START-HERE.html, README.md, a SHA-256 file manifest, and the optional R visualization companion. See SHA256SUMS.txt to verify the release ZIPs.

Original scientific source files are preserved byte for byte. Ready panels reshape data without imputation or changing measured values. Missingness is retained and documented. The irrelevant .DS_Store file and optional US .shp.xml metadata containing workstation paths are excluded; neither is needed for modeling. A completed structure/value check is not a new model-fitting validation. Follow the guide for Data Check, response selection, fitting, export, uncertainty, and scientific boundaries.
