Summary
hasAppleItunesAppBanneris currently defaulted to off here, so smart banners promoting legacy apps won't show up but some clean up can still be doneremoved
iTunesAppIdfrom the config files formundo,russianandarabicas these are no longer neededalso removes a unit test used to check smart banners work, as this won't be need until we know what the new app Id for the world service app will be
