v0.10.0 -- Wiki launcher, working tooltips, retired notifications

• Wiki-bootstrap launcher. The magic-launch button on a project row now starts a fresh session that loads context from the Obsidian vault (schema.md → index.md/HOME.md → the project's Dashboard.md/Tasks.md/Technical Notes.md) instead of summarizing prior transcripts. Still daemon-registered (visible in Agent View); hardened single-quote shell escaping.
• Tooltips that actually work. AppKit .help() never rendered in this accessory-app NSPanel; replaced with a custom SwiftUI hover tooltip drawn at the panel root, on every interactive icon. Appears above the control, hugs the text, uses the HUD font.
• Notifications retired. The push-notification and permission-watcher subsystems (bell, popover, in-panel approval banner, menu-bar pending badge) are deactivated and their Claude hooks torn down — superseded by the daemon agent's handler. Service code retained for re-enable.
• Opaque panel. Window transparency removed; SwiftUI now hosted via NSHostingController; .hudWindow dropped.
• Skills regrouping. Family sections start collapsed (tidy index with counts; search auto-expands). The overloaded "research" fallback bucket is split into research / writing / review / analysis / submission. Leading per-row glyph removed.
• Project↔vault registry. ProjectService writes ~/.claude/hud/project-vault-map.json (repo cwd → vault folder) so the external vault-ingest hook resolves deterministically instead of fuzzy-guessing.
• Polish. Icon pass (magic launcher → pencil.and.outline, skill edit-launcher → wand.and.stars); Substack "Search posts" bar height normalized to match the other search bars.
