This release focuses on reader stability and cross-platform polish. It improves Android EPUB progress tracking and text selection, while expanding themes and Windows EPUB diagnostics.

  • Fixed unreliable reading-position and chapter-progress updates in Android EPUB.
  • Reliably saves the latest reading position when leaving the reader, reducing lost progress after reopening a book.
  • Improved Android text selection: preserves draggable selection handles, prevents duplicate reader menus, and reliably opens the reader action menu after long-press selection or handle adjustments.
  • Shows “Locating…” while EPUB position measurement is pending instead of incorrectly displaying 0% chapter progress.
  • Added independent reader themes, including paper-like and white palettes for comfortable long reading sessions.

  • Improved platform isolation and diagnostics for Windows EPUB WebView startup issues, including WebView2 and graphics-capture failures.
