Four additive features to the map UI, all client-side (no backend): - Base-map switcher: pick among Streets/Satellite/Light/Dark raster styles (key-free) via a top-right control; footprints/overlays persist on switch. - Copy as code: generate runnable pystac-client (Python) and curl snippets from the current search, in a tabbed modal with copy/download. Snippets are built from buildSearchBody() so they match the real request, and use the public STAC endpoint (new STAC_PUBLIC_URL) rather than the dev proxy. - Time-slider: a play/scrub control that cumulatively reveals results by acquisition date, animating coverage on the map (no new API calls). - COG preview overlay: best-effort full-res rendering of a selected item's GeoTIFF asset via the cog:// protocol (geotiff.js), falling back to the quicklook overlay with a notice on auth/CORS failure. Tests: codegen, itemTime/cogAssets helpers, and base-map/timeline behavior in MapView (maplibre-gl and the COG protocol are mocked, as the real modules need WebGL). tsc + vitest + vite build + eslint all green.
