  • Improved the performance of the clustering workflows.
  • Improved the performance of the greedy-vertex-cover workflow.
  • Fixed the --reps option not working correctly.
  • The --reps option will now output full FASTA headers instead of just accessions.
  • Enabled using the --anchored-swipe option on platforms without support for AVX2.
  • Fixed a potential non-determinism in the clustering workflows depending on the number of threads (not affecting correctness of results).
