First release. A local desktop encoder for the Luminary CMS: it encodes a file on your own machine to HLS, optionally encrypted, and uploads it to your own storage.
Rebuilt 4 September. Trimming a video failed part-way through whenever the encode had more than three quality levels (#236). Same version number, new installers — download again if you got yours before today.

Opening it the first time
Not signed yet, so each system objects once.
- macOS 15+ — System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. Right-click → Open no longer works; Apple removed it.
- Windows — SmartScreen → More info → Run anyway.
Before you install
You need a GPU, or an Apple Silicon Mac. This build carries no software H.264 encoder, so it uses your machine's — VideoToolbox, NVENC or Quick Sync. A Windows PC without one cannot encode.
Known limitations
No auto-update; new versions are a manual download (#206). The AMD and Media Foundation encoders have never been tested on real hardware (#209). Uninstalling leaves the working files behind — Clear Working Files… in the app menu removes them (#228).
The bundled FFmpeg is LGPL-2.1 and replaceable via Choose FFmpeg… or FFMPEG_PATH; the licence texts are in Help → Licences. The README has the rest.
