In release/0.1.2alpha the factory crate got somewhat abandoned. We need to add factories for Signature and KEM (and maybe others).
Those algorithms have lots of instantiation bells&whistles, like lowmemory, pre-expanded keys, deterministic, etc. I suggest that we keep the factory simple and only expose whichever instantiation we consider to be "the default".
