PY 26/27 - Set up program year #5458
Description
New program year creation for 26/27. Similar to #4307 or #2705. Can reference Program Year Setup (wiki).
Acceptance Criteria
- New program year August 1 2026 - July 31 2027, enabled for PT & FT. Manual adjustment in PROD/STG to disable.
- Copy existing files from 25/26 to new program year:
- SFAA PT (formio)
- SFAA FT (formio)
- Supporting Users Partner (formio)
- Supporting Users Parent (formio)
- fulltime assessment (BPMN)
- parttime assessment (BPMN)
- fulltime values (DMN)
- parttime values (DMN)
- e2e tests
- update dynamic form configuration
- update wiki
Additional Context
No changes at this time or new values, they come closer to start of program year. Once these change take place we can continue to work on other changes expected in 26/27.
