Patch release correcting executive report rendering and assessment coverage reporting.

Summary

This release makes executive security reports accurately visualize informational findings
and prevents incomplete assessment data from being presented as a misleading coverage
percentage.

Highlights

• Executive report severity donuts now render the blue informational findings segment.
• Assessment coverage is calculated only from an evidenced percentage or an explicit
  assessed/total entry-point denominator.
• Reports with gaps but no denominator now show N/A instead of incorrectly displaying
  0% coverage.

Changes

• Added informational severity arc generation and SVG rendering to the executive report
  dashboard.
• Added validated coverage_assessed and coverage_total data fields.
• Added the measured coverage fields to the security-review frontmatter contract
  so executive reports can receive the denominator through the normal workflow.
• Updated executive report guidance to avoid deriving percentages from gap counts alone.
• Preserved compatibility with existing coverage_pct data.

Validation

• Crow asset validation: passed with 0 errors and 0 warnings.
• Package dry run: passed.
• Archive inspection: passed; package contents were checked for local state and evidence.
• Additional checks: renderer fixtures passed for informational donut rendering, unknown
  coverage denominators, and derived coverage; SonarQube quality gate passed.
