feat: Admin Api changes for Data quality user.

Description:-
This PR contains the admin Api /api/v1/admin/verify -csa-access changes for the Data Quality & CSA normal user identification.

Changes:-

• Make changes in search spec to consider Data Quality Steward.
• Add a new key userProfile in response to identify the user category on UI to show the the respective screen.

How it has been tested:-

• npm test -- admin.service.spec
• npm run format
• npm run lint:fix

Check List

• I have tested all the test case has passed on my local.
• There is lint & format issue identified.
