E2E Test Automation

• Entities will move to Playwright for automated testing
• Entities should have a higher level of automation to reduce regression efforts
• Initial efforts should focus on the API given that we will need to update our UI's in the future from Vue2 to Nuxt

Next steps is to determine if the automated testing would be within the existing business-ui repo or in a new repo. Based upon recommendation, I may need to escalate for approval (cost considerations). Pros with existing repo are that you can access code from the devs and they will keep it up to date. Con is there is more complexity understanding commits with both dev and QA in one space. QA ( @gunanagar @rsagpariya ) to provide recommendation in the next week.

Likely next step is that SRE will have to create a project.
