"BCA" to "Business Corporations Act", but UX requires the act name to be italicized.

In legal-api/report-templates/template-parts/alteration-notice/statement.html, wrap "Business Corporations Act" in the Community Contribution Company statement with <span class="italic"> (existing convention, see letterOfConsent.html).
