Form firms (sole proprietorships and general partnerships)
- completing party name validation is not required in the UI for filings by clients because the completing party is pulled from BCSC and non editable
- completing party validation is still required for staff filings because it is manually entered based upon what is on a paper form
- Add validation against Keycloak, with the name in the submitted user (table)
- Business model party name columns need to be extended to support what we decide in the schema
