What's New

/execute-ticket is now the recommended primary workflow - one command orchestrates all 6 implementation phases automatically with full Git and PR lifecycle management.

Execute-Ticket Enhancements

  • Git branch creation - Uses Linear's gitBranchName field for consistent branch naming
  • Automatic status updates - Ticket moves to "In Progress" when workflow starts
  • Intelligent resume - Detects existing branches and PRs to continue interrupted work
  • Implementation verification - Validates file changes exist before committing
  • Draft PR creation - Automatic commits and draft PR after implementation phase
  • PR phase comments - Each phase adds progress summary to PR (🧪 Testing, 📚 Docs, 📋 Code Review, 🛡️ Security)
  • PR labels - Adds code-reviewed, security-approved, ready-for-merge labels automatically
  • PR finalization - Converts draft to ready when security review passes
  • Report validation - Auto-retries malformed agent responses before pausing
  • Context budget enforcement - Strict ~2000 token limits prevent quality degradation
