Jboss Tools Hibernate Search Plugin v2.0.0.Final

Version 2.0.0.Final has a lot bugs fixes + also contains significant changes in dealing with Lucene index. Now all the instruments are grouped under one view - Index Toolkit. The ability to search in the index was added to already existed analyzers tool and watching lucene documents tool. Also it supports Hibernate versions from 4.0 to 5.5
