feat: Implement application auto-updates

Integrates `electron-updater` for automatic background updates. This includes:
- Adding the `electron-updater` dependency.
- Configuring `electron-builder` for GitHub publishing.
- Adding IPC listeners and handlers in `main.ts` to manage the update process (checking, downloading, and installing).
- Introducing a utility function to format byte sizes for update information.
- Adding a `publish` script to `package.json` for easier release management.
