Learn about vigilant mode.

This release (last for a little while, I promise!) fixes compile issues for the WASM build caused by an upstream API change.

It also does the following:

  • Pins nusb to =0.2.7, to prevent more unexpected changes from breaking things.
  • Unpins wasm-bindgen version
  • Unpins wasm-bindgetn-cli-support version
  • Unpins web-sys version

The unpins are primarily to allow for other libraries and things which build for wasm to use seperate version in the same series without being forced to a specific version by beacn-lib
