Android: fix a configuration failure that made this library unbuildable on any project using Android Gradle Plugin 9. AGP 9 ships built-in Kotlin support and registers the
kotlinextension itself; applyingkotlin-androidon top of it failed before anything compiled:> Failed to apply plugin 'kotlin-android'. > Cannot add extension with name 'kotlin', as there is an extension already registered with that name. The plugin is now applied only when nothing has registered that extension yet. This feature-detects the actual failure condition rather than matching AGP versions, so it also covers AGP 10, where the
android.builtInKotlinopt-out is removed. Behaviour on AGP 8 is unchanged. (#12)

Huge thanks to @gabrieldonadel for finding this, fixing it, and verifying it end to end on a real Expo SDK 58 / React Native 0.87 / AGP 9.2.1 project. 🙏
The fix came out of a sweep of 1000 popular React Native libraries against the AGP 9 defaults: 281 failed with the new DSL enabled, and 269 of those failed on exactly this collision — by far the most common blocker. Work like that helps the whole ecosystem, not just this library.
Note for VisionCamera v5 users
The support/v5 branch carries the same issue and will be patched separately.
