More QOL changes and fixes to the audio pipeline section I added, hopefully I can work on making the EQ more accurate if everything is cleaned up.

Quick settings tile fixes: long pressing opens the app instead of going to app info & made the text on the tile more minimal - issue #34
Added a method to disable the EQ itself within the DynamicsProcessing pipeline incase anyone wants to use just the MBC and/or LIMITER - issue #9
You can now "Disable EQ" from the preset dropdown in the Audio Output section - doing this detaches any of the DP or audio effects from that selected device which was causing some conflicts on some other devices. Also added a check to turn DP on/off automatically every-time the device "changes" the "device" on the audio output. - issue #33
Added a method to add the AutoEQ / Imported presets quickly to the "Custom Presets" section which is the "preset" dropdown in the input / output sections - issue #28
Registered the app as a "system audio-effect control panel" so it shows up in the OEM "sound quality and effects" section along with other system audio effects apps - issue #28

Made the generate custom eq add custom preset homogenous with the other popups, for some reason it was different and didn't have colors on the text.
