Adds capabilities search, inspect, run and status while preserving existing commands. Includes anonymous discovery, partial-contract warnings, stable idempotency keys, bounded polling, non-overwriting JSON output and structured errors.
Validation: 36 tests, build, packed installation and dependency audit passed. Live read-only Search/Inspect verified; no paid execution claim.
