BeatWave Release 1.0 marks the debut of our vision for a minimalist, high-performance offline music experience. This initial release focuses on core architectural stability and the "Midnight" aesthetic that defines the project.

Here is the breakdown of the first wave:

Core Functionality
High-Fidelity Local Playback: Native support for all major offline audio formats (MP3, FLAC, WAV) using an optimized MediaStore-based engine.

Gapless Transition Logic: Initial implementation of seamless track switching to ensure your rhythm is never interrupted.

Smart Library Indexing: Rapid scanning of device storage to categorize music by Artist, Album, and Genre without background bloat.

UI & Design (The "Midnight" Experience)
Glassmorphism Interface: The first iteration of our signature blurred-glass elements, providing a deep, atmospheric feel.

Dynamic Wave Visualizer: A real-time reactive waveform on the "Now Playing" screen that synchronizes with the track’s frequency.

Aesthetic Gradients: Introduction of the Primary Wave Gradient across key touchpoints, designed by Aarav Sharma.

System & Performance
Battery-Efficient Foreground Service: Engineered to provide uninterrupted background playback with minimal impact on device longevity.

Parallel Animations: Smooth, non-blocking UI transitions optimized for high-refresh-rate mobile displays.

Zero-Ad Environment: A completely clean, offline-first experience—no tracking, no accounts, and no interruptions.

Developer Notes
Open-Source Foundation: The complete source code is available for the community to audit and enhance.

Architecture: Built on a robust MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern for maximum scalability in future updates.
