feat(frontend): fill the active navigator path

Derive the selected file's hierarchy path for both explorer modes so ancestor context remains visible even when the leaf is hidden by a collapsed node. Unify study and directory selection around progressively stronger theme-accent surfaces, reserving the clearest fill and edge marker for the active file.
