Updated color scheme, heavily inspired by apps.ionic.io

I've always found Ionic's designs gorgeous and the Ionic apps site is no exception. I've used the color scheme from that app to spice up this projects scheme. Hopefully Ben won't sue me!

In the long run I'd like to have a custom color scheme for this app and different themes, but this will work for this 1.1.0 release.

Initial release

Fork of rdash/rdash-ui that uses SASS. It only keeps the layout, it uses the default Bootstrap font, and removes widget or loading styles.
