Breaking changes from published v5

  • Some exported TypeScript model type names moved. For example, Chat.Capabilities is now Shared.ChatCapabilities, Chat.Draft is Shared.ChatDraft, and Shared.Message.SendStatus is Shared.SendStatus. The corresponding chat/message JSON fields are unchanged.
  • The standalone MCP HTTP server now requires an Authorization: Bearer <token> or x-beeper-access-token header; anonymous requests no longer work.

New API support

  • Added client.app.setup for sign-in and verification, client.bridges.logins for bridge login management, label listing, and updated chat, account, and setup models. Published v5 did not expose client.app.login or client.bridges.connections. Those names existed only in unreleased next builds; bridges.connections had no operations.
  • Requests that omit an optional body retain their JSON content-type header.

Both @beeper/desktop-api and @beeper/desktop-mcp are version 6.0.0 in this release. See the release PR.
