Android PsychEngine 0.71h

I won't update unless ShadowMario updates, because all the work is done

about this android port:
1,use .PsychEngine put files
2,shader log fix, it can continue game now
3,editor all control set,same as computer,it change a lot so remember see tutorial
4,hitbox extend space,it use keyPressed('space')[also just pressed and releasedd,almost mod can use
5,hscript no bug,if you get trace almost problem from hscript author
6,no memory leak(at least 10 people test)
