Personal API 2.0.3 Stable

This is a ClawHub compatibility hotfix for the stable Personal API scaffold.

Fixed

  • Removed templates/vault.gitignore from the package because ClawHub rejects that file type during upload.
  • scripts/setup.sh now generates the target vault .gitignore inline when the vault does not already have one.
  • Kept stable scaffold behavior unchanged from v2.0.2:
    • Full mode creates the complete 30.knowledge/ Knowledge Palace v2 structure.
    • Full mode creates 30.knowledge/00.system/methodology.md.
    • --minimal mode does not create 30.knowledge/.
