v0.2.136 — Small bugfix release that ensures the navigation menu recovers hover state when initialization happens while the pointer is already over a menu item.

  • 🐛 Fix: Recover hover state when initialization misses pointerenter — when the menu initializes while the pointer is already over a menu item or trigger, the submenu state is now detected and restored so hover-driven submenus display correctly.
  • ✨ Improvement: More robust hover detection on initialization — the code now checks :hover on both the menu item and its trigger and uses a safe matchMedia("(any-hover: hover)") check to respect devices without hover.
  • Internal: Top-level navigable entries now also map the menu item element (in addition to the trigger), improving target lookups and hover/interaction recovery.
  • Developer note: No public API or CSS changes and no breaking changes; no action required from consumers.
  • Note: This monorepo shares the v0.2.136 version across packages, but only @data-slot/navigation-menu received code changes in this release.
