v0.2.81 — Adds a new HoverCard component and introduces the renamed main package @data-slot/ui, with small publishing/build fixes.

@data-slot/hover-card

  • ✨ New package: add createHoverCard (hover-card) — a hover-triggered floating panel with accessibility and positioning handled by @data-slot/core.
  • Key options exposed: delay (default ~700ms), skipDelayDuration (warm-up after close, default ~300ms), closeDelay (default ~300ms), side/align, sideOffset/alignOffset, and viewport-collision avoidance.
  • Small UX improvement: global "warm-up" behavior to reduce flicker when reopening recently closed hover-cards.

@data-slot/ui

  • ✨ Refactor: the project main bundle has been renamed to @data-slot/ui and now re-exports many @data-slot/* packages (including the new hover-card) for convenient imports.
  • 💥 Breaking change: update your imports — if you previously imported from the old main package name, switch to @data-slot/ui (or prefer direct package imports like @data-slot/hover-card for better tree-shaking).
  • 🐛 Build/publish tweaks: publishing switched to bunx publish and hashing has been disabled to smooth the release process.

If you depend on the monorepo main package, please update import paths to @data-slot/ui and consider importing specific packages directly for optimal tree-shaking.
