v8.4.3 - Marketplace Sync Self-Check

Fixed

marketplace.json version had drifted to 8.4.1 during the 8.4.2 bump (the bump missed this file). Synced to 8.4.3.

Added

validate-claude-plugin.py now checks marketplace.json'"'"'s version against plugin.json and warns on drift, so this is caught automatically on every future release.
