Welcome to the scalingGxE wiki! This package is meant to help with the type of analysis discussed here.
Suggested usage
- Covariates are likely of interest in many GxE analyses. We suggest residualizing outcome, G, and E terms prior to analysis.
- If G is a polygenic score, we suggest standardizing prior to analysis.
