v2.7.1 — 修复长任务误报「请求超时」

• 问题：执行耗时较长、含多步工具调用的任务（如自然语言「把文章摄入知识库」）时，偶发「请求超时（已等待 301
  秒）」，但任务实际仍在后台继续执行。
• 根因：原为固定 300 秒总超时，长任务一旦超过即被误杀；且超时仅终止了外层 shell，Windows 下 CLI
  子进程未真正停止，导致「报错但任务又做了」。
• 修复：
  • 超时由「固定总时长」改为「空闲超时」（默认 60 秒）——每次输出都会刷新计时，只有连续无响应才判定卡死。
  • 超时终止改用 taskkill /T /F 杀整棵进程树，彻底杜绝幽灵进程。
  • 默认超时 300 秒 → 60 秒，可在设置中调整。

v2.7.1 — Fix false "request timeout" on long-running tasks

• Problem: Tasks that run long with multiple tool calls (e.g. "ingest an article into the knowledge base")
  occasionally hit "request timeout (waited 301s)" even though the task kept running in the background.
• Root cause: A fixed 300s total timeout killed long tasks prematurely; and it only terminated the outer shell,
  leaving the CLI child process on Windows still running — hence "error shown but work actually done".
• Fixes:
  • Replaced the fixed total timeout with an idle timeout (default 60s) — the timer resets on every output, and only
    "no output for N consecutive seconds" triggers a kill.
  • Timeout termination now uses taskkill /T /F to kill the whole process tree, eliminating ghost processes.
  • Default timeout changed from 300s to 60s, adjustable in settings.
