What's Changed

New Features

  • Custom version command: Check for updates from alternative package managers (Nix, Homebrew, etc.) instead of npm
    • Set SL_UPDATE_VERSION_CMD to a shell command that outputs a version string
    • Set SL_UPDATE_VERSION_SOURCE to customize the source label (e.g., "numtide", "nixpkgs")
    • Falls back to npm if custom command fails
    • Cache auto-invalidates when version command changes
