AST-aware tooling for Go source manipulation. read_file now rejects .go files when GoAST mode is active, forcing use of dedicated AST tools that understand syntax. Added go_cmd (runs go subcommands) and git_cmd (runs git operations) to replace the generic bash tool — both safer and more auditable than shell execution. Exported BuildTools so external consumers can compose custom tool sets. Fixed Config to include the Model field in requests. Increased MaxIterations default to 100 and strengthened the done instruction to reduce spurious loop exits.
