Support V3 API

This update adds support for using version 3 of the Backblaze API. The
main change from V2 to V3 was expanding support for using the
b2_authorize_account token across multiple different requests and
requiring re-validation every 24 hours.

The default AuthenticateAccount method now defaults to V3, but the V2
implementation is still accessible via AuthenticateAccountV2. Both
authentication methods now return a Service struct that has member
functions for interacting with the B2 API, as well as the Auth struct
returned by the request.
