Summary
This PR updates the Code of Conduct reference in the project from the Django Code of Conduct to the Python Software Foundation Code of Conduct (PSF CoC).

Replaced the link to the Django Code of Conduct with the PSF CoC:

To align with the Python community’s standards by adopting the PSF CoC for inclusivity and respect.
